I’ve been having trouble with my boss from day one and it’s been ongoing for almost a year. He seems to enjoy demeaning me in front of others and bullies/intimidates me on a constant basis. I felt like my hands are tied. I’ve asked my colleagues for advice and they all told me NOT to go to HR. So basically I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I either needed to s— it up or look for other employment. Well, I just gave notice and I start my new position in a month. How’s that for s—ing it up!!!

Good for you. There is no monitoring of middle mgmt and they seem to do whatever they want with no repercussions. And congratulations on beating one of the many layoffs that occur.
It's a shame. Sh*t happens everywhere though. Good luck in your new position!
That remains a broken shop.
Believe they are still counting on becoming a takeover candidate.
If possible... leave and forget about them.
Get a lawyer and take action.
