You guys haven't even touched on closing down offices and consolidating office space. Those cost savings will be equal to a LOT of headcount. You know things are bad when they do that and still cut heads.

To answer the question of who supports customers these days. Same answer as who supports sungard employees. Not sungard! People are leaving this place in record numbers to go to companies that treat their employees like they matter.

Leadership has dropped the ball over and over again. They turn a blind eye to the serious issues and internal problems and think their stupid Phoenix project will help. It doesn’t help if the same messed up procedures are going on behind the scenes that got the company in this position to begin with!
