It may not be racism but more favoritism. There’s a fine line between the two however, the outcomes are the same. RR should’ve changed this around but couldn’t and I suspect the issue is really around pride, insecurity, and the desire of having the “listen and do” people.

To @3aqk+18j5Gusu Stay blindfolded in your bubble.
I know, it is hard for a culture like vmware. Toxic racist.
Registering a complaint that an executive of a large company didn't do anything is not necessarily racist.
Let's not play the racist card every time an objection is raised. It diminishes people's attention to real racism and subverts scrutiny where it is warranted. Scrutiny is certainly warranted for all the executives at any large company.
There we go again @2bmu+18j5Gusu toxic jerks of the HR. He left. Good luck to him. That is what a decent culture would do.

RR was a zero who did nothing to improve anything at vmware. Good Riddance.
Expect him to do more of the same (s— money) from NTX.
He is now the CEO of a competitor to vmware, Nutanix

Buckle up bois. Here we go again.
Is January list prepared yet?
They even announced it one day after he left. That is no good news for vmware. No good at all.
