For those who haven't been paying attention for a long time, the bankruptcy docket is moving fast and furious as creditors go after Eddie for malfeasance for putting money in his own pockets instead of using proceeds to to pay off the creditors, taxing authorities, and various other legal fees, as well as getting estate assets back from TransformCo. There's a lot of stuff about Eddie's fraudulent transfers post-bankruptcy. Shocking, right? Good reading!

"Eddie has lost the vast majority of his wealth"
He got to be less wealthy than before but he's still in great shape by normal standards. He's got other financial interests and dealings that we don't know about. I don't think he's suffering except for his ego because it must be embarrassing to be him.
Eddie is best buddies with Steve Mnuchin.
He will come out ahead. Believe me.
Eddie has lost the vast majority of his wealth
So Eddie is just suing himself?
Eddie is going to come out of all of this smelling like a rose and flush with cash. Eddie is no dummy.
You do know that Eddie owns thousand and thousands of SHC stock. If any of those fraudulent transactions or assets are reversed back to SHC, thay stock will climb and he will make a ton of money.
Yes Sears Holdings and Transformco are still arguing over the deal, the Hoffman Estates school district and some vendors and agencies are arguing over money. My question is how are the preference lawsuits going and will the ever be able to implement the bankruptcy plan and liquidate.
Lighting up a stogie now to read them by the fire. These better be good.
