Juniper has no clue how to compensate and treat employees. There is a reason why so many of the M&A employees are jumping ship

Any insider info on the deal, how much Juniper paid. Over past 18 mon ths, Juniper spent around $1B for
acquisitions, but no topline and bottom line growth. They coould have retired 50M shares with this money.

Juniper needs Data-Center talent, expertise and mostly leadership. Apstra founder is joining as Chief Scientist. That will add a lot of credibility.

Cisco gave apstra the middle finger last year. Arista has their own product in this space. There weren’t many prom dates left for apstra

I sincerely hope it’s not a 9 figure acquisition that doesn’t even pay for itself (who remembers contrail)
