Dude, none of this means anything whatsoever. JLL has a sh!t ton of stores listed for lease that have been listed for ages that are not even closing. This has absolutely zero bearing on any closings. Heck, even Guam is listed for lease but it isn't closing Any Time soon. You're spending your Time for nothing.
I thought the Kmart in White Plains, NY was a lease also..
Assuming Willow Street will not be renewed, it will need to begin it's closing liquidation by June'ish.

Costa Mesa hasn’t had a lease since March of 2019.
It makes absolutely no difference how long the leases are. They have closed stores regardless of how long the lease is. Every store is day to day.
Willow Street PA is September 2021
Costa Mesa is month to month. No lease
