Isn't Fossil concerned about the constant customer complaints that are taking over the comments section on Fossil’s social media posts?!? The customers constant complaints, venting, and frustrations about their orders, and the lack of customer service is concerning to say the least, and embarrassing for the company! It has to be really bad / getting worse when they have to turn to Fossil’s social media to get any help! I guess this is the pitiful outcome of outsourcing!

When you screw up your credibility with the consumer, it’s the consumer that will let you go!!!
And yes Fossil at this point needs all the sales they can get even if some of them come from their employees!!!
I agree, they were making moves to outsource customer service long before Chad took charge...let it go people. What...no employee store ot discounts anymore....why stay?! 🤪
As an employee I won’t even purchase Fossil products online for holiday gifts seeing all the reviews of cancelled orders and Fossil holding onto your money for weeks before issuing a refund! Is this a trick Fossil is using to make their sales numbers look good?!!...something smells fishy if you ask me!
I have always been proud to say I work for Fossil - seeing all the complaints is starting to make me feel a bit embarrassed!
Regardless of when outsourcing took place this barrage of customer complaints, decline and lack of of customer service has been under his watch.
I’m pretty sure the outsourcing started before he was put in charge though
That Chad isn’t looking so smart anymore is he? Maybe it’s time to farm him out like the long timers he said that were around too long and needed to go.
Chad needs to wake up and pay attention! Ever since he was put in charge of the Customer Service department it has been on the decline - not to mention outsourcing majority of the services and positions!
