My heart goes out to all the employees who will be impacted by this. I had hoped we would be spared but I guess it had to happen once. Please prepare yourselves financially, emotionally and mentally. They gave us enough time to make sure this isn't as hard a blow as it could be. Good luck to everyone.

During the Covid19 slowdown, I took each month off and then when the buyout was offered, I took it also. Luckily I had over 12 years ( of course don' t count the Mando Overtime & getting popped ) so I still have our lifetime flight benefits. Good Luck to all !
When Southwest stopped thorough sanitizing the planes I stopped flying Southwest. I've talk to many others who did the same thing. The employees and unions should have jumped on management over it.
