500 plus on the lot and 210 ordered over next 3 years?

You do the work force math.

Nobody is going anywhere. Jobs are safe. Unless you were the pot smoking factory loser. Only two types of people on this site.. angry people who got laid off and the few hard workers who got to stay.. I’m against union work.. union means lazy people.. you id–ts lost your own jobs.

737 MAX 7 seating 153 range 3,850 NM
A319neo seating 160 range 3,750 NM
737 MAX 8 seating 178 range 3,550 NM
A320neo seating 195 range 3,500 NM
737 MAX 9 seating 193 range 3,550 NM
A321neo seating 240 range 4,000 NM

And the winner is, Not the Max

They will stop production of the 737. Everyone will be furloughed or laid off, likely the latter. They have to.

The MAX is 20% more fuel efficient that the NEO and now priced lower. The airlines can buy the planes they cancelled for less now. Do not underestimate corporate greed. Profits before safety. Your life is cheap.

Boeing Just Got Its First Order of 737 MAX Planes Since Grounding

On Thursday, Ryanair Holdings agreed to purchase 75 of Boeing's 737
MAX jets, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The deal is worth more than $7 billion if current list prices are used.
Ryanair exercised its option to buy additional jets from Boeing on top of
the 135 it had already agreed to purchase. Boeing's 737 MAX jet has been
grounded for almost two years after two fatal crashes.
Last month, the FAA approved the MAX for flying again after insufficient
investigation and rule implementations.

Forkner identified issues with the 737 Max’ MCAS system and said, “So I basically lied to the regulators (unknowingly).” Other documents indicated he was pressured by management to make sure the plane could get past regulators without requiring extra training for pilots. Forker will be in prison soon, alongside who pressured him. 346 victims need justice.
