call me back on Monday. Still not going back. You would have to be an id–t to take a VRP and then go back. Especially for less money. id–ts

I personally know of two techs in the non union nyc area that were called back a few months after taking the vrp. Of course they were offered less than what they were making when they left.

Only a handful of kiss asses were asked to come back if you call and ask more than likely they will tell you to join a contracting company

If you left it was for a reason.Dont make the same choice twice and expect a different outcome.Thats the definition of insanity.

There was a large amount of field
Service guys in Suffolk and Nassau County on Long Island that volunteered in may for a VRP. They did call and try and get some of those techs back. Prob because they didn’t expect so many people to jump ship and prob have a ton of p-ss-d off customers. If your looking to go back to the abuse then good luck. I’m sure they’re looking for people to abuse.

Not so fast I took the vrp in May and I got called back. Not union either so it’s worth a try. Good luck and by the way I’m not the only one.

ABSOLUTELY NOT ! Dude it’s like ya I don’t want to work here anymore . Then they pay you to leave for whatever reason they have . Then you go try it out in the real world and can’t find anything so you’ll just come back here . Why would they hire you back . You basically told them you didn’t want to work here and they PAID you to leave . I’m not as nuts as Altice and I wouldn’t hire vrp people back . It’s like you just had a paid 1 year or so vacation lol ..... hire them back ......lmfao that’s a good one

Voluntary VRP takers do not get a phone call. Only union shops called back those that were forced to be layed off.
