Just cant seem to leave anything be, the schedule was great they ruined that, the weekly pay was great they ruined that, the raised rates on parts when demand went down, compitition is doing great while we loose buisness, managment cant seem to see they ran high dollar parts to hit numbers and created millions in debt on backorder parts, so cutomers left, they blame all their failed management on employees that have no control over price setting or parts ran, they pushed us to produce while handing us new trainee’s and rules / policy changes, as well as operational changes every week for the last 6 years. That is no joke. Every week they change something.
I totally agree, @qlqqg+HQLiwGy, I hope you don’t mind me copying your post here into a new thread, because I’m also tired of these continuous changes for the worse. In the case of this company, the chaos theory is fully valid.
