From a prior posting....."Things still aren't great, but they are getting better." This is hope and not leadership. MRO needs a plan for long term survivability. MRO can not rely on shale alone as a business model. If this is not clear to our leaders, we will not survive. I want to hear at the next quarterly employee meeting specific details and a timeline on what are our leaders are planning to do to diversify the company beyond shale.

Oil is over $45, MRO stock is over $7, vaccines are being distributed, and covid relief package is nearly approved. Can we all agree that things are in fact getting better for us poor OG worker bees and that OP is just a complainer?
Eastman Kodak failed to recognized how digital cameras would impact their business. We all know what happen to Eastman and it did not take long before their business failed. We are no different. The push for green energy is upon us. We have two choices, the Eastman model or we change our business to reflect what is heading our way. Just saying...
Can I get fries with that.
What did you expect? If you go to McDonalds for lunch, don't complain that the food is gross. If you work for McDonalds, don't expect them to become chick-fil-a. All the clown needs you to do is keep making those nuggets and get that ice cream machine working for once.
We're a relatively small, US onshore shale company now. Did you expect to work here and make windmills? Maybe you wanted to be work in Marathon's secret electric cars department? Deliver unicorn rainbows to school children? Give me a break; You knew what you signed up for.
The business model much like the new building is flawed and a POS!
The company is diversifying, haven't you heard about the new building?
