Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

What else could the one on one be?

I'm trying to remain hopeful but how? What other options are there in a week when long-announced layoffs are starting? Plese, let me know if you have any idea what it could be. Because I highly doubt anybody will be discussing a raise with their manager this or the following week, or anything like that.

Everyone is having a conversation with their communicator between today and Dec 15. The communicator will tell you if you are in the program or not. Each communicator is handling this differently, but one method is to use the admins to formally set up one-on-one meetings with each employee to communicate results. The admins do not know who is on the list, so do not try to fathom some dark secret based on the timing of your session.

Between Dec1-Dec15 all employees will be notified if they are part of the involuntary or not.
