I want to apply to a few companies - this being one of them. I accidentally discovered this website when I tried to see how often RAC does layoffs. I am surprised because I have heard nothing in the news and this board doesn't seem too busy. Is it safe to assume this company has established longevity with very little to no layoffs?

This is a depressing job don't get stuck here there is better things and more fulfilling jobs out there place is ridiculous they harass the same customers though text messages and phone call all day to get sales literally calling the same people everyday on a list job is mind numbing all is does is pi-s people off people get stuff when there ready don't force it on someone then when it's time to pay they have no money but hey looked good the day u got the sale
Anyone who buys stocks in this company is dumb smoke and mirrors and it's a terrible place to work for absolutely horrific
I agree, make rent a center your last option, aarons is much better place to work if you must work rto. Stay away from rto!
