So I saw during the PIP layoffs folks use the Skype status to leave a message for everyone.
You can leave a personal email or phone number.
If I’m let go a :( face will be place there and my new personal email address. If I don’t get selected a :)
Just something simple to let others know.
The auto-reply in the email is the way to go.
If you’re back you turn it off, if you aren’t, then it will let people that email you know.
That’s if they let you go back to your desk. Unless it’s a zoom call then it’s easy.
I’ve typed up my dear friends letter already. Being in GP and having a 25% chance of being let go is nerves racking!
