I would like a job closer home or even work from home if that's a new trend.
To be honest, I think you should just be focused on getting a job. Any job! The job market is f–ing brutal right now. Keep a copy of your last 2 paystubs because unemployment is going to need it.
Forced ranking system is a deal breaker for me. Luckily I think most companies have long ago abandoned this due go the well known problems it causes.
