December profit sharing payout

I decided maybe I needed to move this up further in the line.
Does anyone know when profit sharing etc typically paid out? I was only with RJ 18 months and for our reduction in force, principal cut checks to me weeks before 10/16. I was actually shocked at how quickly they sent them (I was still technically employed) however not fully vested.
I had very little in there and after they took admin fees and I was able to go out to lunch 😂

I am curious to see if we get this part of the bonus and if so how will they disperse it if our accounts are closed at principal? I’m not holding my breath, that five second zoom layoff was all I needed to experience with this “firm”. I’ll never forget or forgive that unbelievably disingenuous, heartless and unprofessional layoff.

Wishing the new year brings some positivity and joy back into all our lives.

Log into your Principal account and see if you can pull up the deposit history to see what the dates were

I agree about the heartless layoffs (I was one). Those of us laid off got our bonus as part of our severance although RJ refused to break out how much that was when I asked. All current employees should know their bonus by now and it will appear in a deposit this coming Friday. As far as profit sharing and ESOP, Paul Reilley should be sending out an email in the next week or so outlining what a fantastic year RJ had with record earnings and somewhere within that email he will announce the rough percentages for profit sharing and ESOP. The past couple years it has been around 5% profit sharing and 2% ESOP. Rumor is that it might be 2%/2% but that is all rumor at the moment. Once the email goes out sometime before the end of the year these dollars will be deposited into the Principal accounts. That is all I am waiting for and then will close my accounts.
