Ask again tomorrow and/or Weds. I think someone had a good suggestion about changing their Skype photo...kinda of a secret handshake so you can tell folks if you are out without really having to tell folks. To me that would be the hardest part, having to tell your colleagues. I hate to hear people say "I'm so sorry...." when you know they are really saying that isn't great but thank God it isn't me.
