I have been following the postings for a couple of years.
On average I found them 80% correct. Which is uncanny.
The reason why we are in trouble is because of the secrets that people keep... shady deals, threats , backstabbing....
We need to remove that layer of secrets. We are talking about all those people milking and preventing rezi from moving forward.
Let’s showcase all those “secrets” that are just plain incompetence at best.

@WishYouWereADirectorLikeMe - if you and the others that you hang out with in your secret bathroom had shown any leadership in the past 2 years, you would find there might be respect and admiration for you all. We are all concerned that you might hurt your arms trying to pat yourselves on the back over the recent success of the company. While you have your arm back there, why don't you pull your head out of your a$$ and make sure that this success isn't short lived and we don't fall back into the deep hole that many of you put us in to begin with.
Enough of all this petty jealousy already. Each and every one of you who post here would gladly take a director position and all the money and perks and glory you would get. And then you would never post another bad word again. So instead, work harder, do a great job and then maybe you too will move up, get a nice office and a key to the secret bathroom. Until then, see you at the coffee machine!

The person that enabled this in software was Herman da German.... that s why costs are out of control with pet project done for their resume...
And there wasn't a single post about resideo on the honeywell board until a year and a half ago. I'm saying you are a liar and another fake wannabe leader flexing fake knowledge. There's no mystery here. No shady backroom deals. Just fakes and id–ts. You fall in to both categories.

Greed.... agreed but to have specific people using the Corp as their own piggy bank...
Everyone knows that director and above salaries are in many cases 50% or more above market....
Compared this to Hon....
It show also an issue with the current leadership
