How long do the powers that be think they can keep laying off or even firing the best people and replacing them with incompetent cheaper employees with zero experience before this place is ruined beyond repair? Decisions like these have long term consequences. Yes, this might save ADP some money right now. But in the long run, it will cost ten times (if not more) as much when there is nobody left who knows how to do their job properly. That's how companies fail.

ADP fanboy can't offer any REAL PROOF to dispute this bitter Betty, can you! Just call names thinking you have any mental horsepower to comprehend how bad things are for ADP. I'll be waiting on your real facts...
lol "Read the market analyst reports... outlook is negative for the foreseeable future for ADP."
imagine that, for a B2B company, the outlook is bad...wow....so shocking.
the bitter Bettys on here is crazy.
Hmm, looks like the market is speaking. ADP stock selloff. Look a the past week. Look today. Oh, look at the market - up and rising at all time highs... ADP, heading down, revenue off, forecast is down, employees are extremely unhappy, and did I mention that they lost all the real talent due to the incompetent management decisions? Kind hard to blame it on every other stock or business. This is solely and squarely on the shoulders of ADP bad decisions!
@ AroundtheADPblock don’t recall regular layoffs until the mid 1980’s when Bill Turner was president after Frank left for Washington DC
AroundtheADPblock - want to know what else is "shallow"? ADP's outlook! They lost the good employees and just the chumps are left. Read the market analyst reports... outlook is negative for the forseeable future for ADP.
What context do you have to go with your rant? ADP has started in 1949. Their history of layoffs, downsizing, getting rid of top/under performing employees has been going on for years. Seems like even though they are letting go the best people and replacing them with incompetent cheaper employees with zero experience, ADP is still in business. Yes the stock value of ADP has decreased over the last year, but look at the last 5. Shallow thinking, shallow views is why you are where you are today.
