Just saw a post on Social Media on how retailers were perceived. Macy's was considered only "relevant " during Christmas and that Nordstroms was " for bougie people to shop at and was just slightly better than Macy's ". Haha, thoughts.....

I usually see people make fun of the fact that the perfume sales people are really aggressive
Other than that sometimes I'll read customer complaints on Twitter they don't seem to like our online customer service and are always surprised that we have good deals and aren't as expensive as they thought
