From the email my work friend received from HR detailing their specific return to work details: ..... “All employees who are returning to work and remaining with the organization have been notified by email with specific instructions and new socially distanced work spaces”.
Does this mean that anyone who hasn’t been notified by HR is being laid off? I haven’t received an email. Even checked my junk and spam folders. No dice. Uggh. I think I’m getting laid off. 🥲. Anyone else?

Less than one week remains until the layoffs are done for 2021. Some colleagues say that we should look at things positively, that is, we should be happy that we will finally be leaving this company. It doesn't comfort me because I’ve left my best years here and I’m under a lot of stress (to total numbness) because I still haven’t found another job. With Covid19 lurking are interviews more difficult? I like to wear low cut blouses and show a great smile.

One inside source has told me that we’re waiting to execute layoffs to see how these new executive orders signed by “plugs” in his first day of office will affect energy policy. Imagine they will happen fast.
