Anyone know any real inform about the Jewelry Complex? Are they staying on commission? Will
they keep their support (clerical) staff?

It’s simple ... jewelry, especially fine jewelry, does not make sense to have an ‘open-sell’ format. Items of big ticket will always locked up and require an associate to assist the customer in a brick-and-mortar setting. Same with furniture ... if not purchasing online; a customer cannot just walk in a store (Macy’s or otherwise) grab the couch they want and bring it to the ‘checkout’.
Not sure why they kept jewelry on commissions and not shoes. Shoes is no longer worth it.
