Anyone know what jg99 is heard mixed messaging in multiple town halls.

It’s used 2 ways:
1) project role (temporary role)
2) uncertainty around job grade needed (permanent role)
At end of day it gives mgmt flexibility to fill the role without having a rigid job grade requirement.
