Looking for any information on bonuses to be issued in 2021. Thoughts on whether management will receive bonuses and if so, ballpark percentage? How are bonuses calculated? Last year was a tough year for everyone - curious if people will be compensated via bonus and / or increase.

Disappointed with raise - how is it that your review is fantastic with no negative comments, nothing but praise for a job well done, and you "meet expectations". Given a 1.5% increase and told that was a good raise?? I can't even buy a large pizza with my increase. Compared to associates who were given a market increase got 25% raise in some instances just because.... I like working for this company but they have to get with the program.
general managers only make 80k a year-give them a raise-they are slaves to the grind.

The reset of becoming two companies has been comical to watch. Managers are worthless except one. The HR situation is the biggest joke I have ever seen. It’s all about favoritism and is obvious as can be. Unless you can handle the way they do things or just do all you can to protect your job is as probably as good as it will get. It’s like watching a third class circus!
Weeding out all associates who have been loyal hard working and actually no what we are doing. These kids they are hiring have no idea about products and don’t care. On their cell phones playing games Pokémon while working. They are lazy af
Well, it seems that "some" of the outfitters in my store received raises. About a dollar from what I was told. It was to keep up with the starting rate from new businesses in the area. I don't understand how they determined who got it because it was new people and outfitters that have been there for years. Why didn't everyone get one???
We where told raises/bonus wouldn’t come till the company restructured position. This was supposed to happen in June however so I don’t believe anything we are told anymore. If anything we have lost more management levels.
I have been with the company a little over 20 years. I was called to the GM office and told my salary has been capped. No more raises for the rest of my employment. Has this happened to anyone else who works for them?
The general managers perhaps. but the ASMs work for minimum wage after the hours they put in. No new truck for them unless they lease it for 100 months.
You'll be able to tell by what package new truck they buy this year. Greedy scumbags are what they are. Right, Drumm?
