Someone please tell the CEO, while the travel industry is suffering, why is Hilton still continue to pay a fortune to their VP to live like a king in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai & Tokyo. Those are the world highest cost of living cities. Hilton easily paying over 15k a month in luxury apartment rent plus living expenses, plus private school tuitions that cause over 50K per year per child for an executive & family to live a luxury life abroad. Does a couple with no children really need to live in a 5 bedrooms apartment? Is a 1 or 2 bedrooms apartment not good enough?
Everyone in the hospitality industries is working hard and following protocol to curb the COVID-19 virus, hoping we can resume the industry glorious days and get back to normal soon.
But a high ranking Hilton executive’s wife is walking out and about in Tokyo with no MASK!!! She obviously doesn’t think COVID-19 is real. Why is she not doing her part to help the hospitality industry to recover? If a high ranking executive of Hilton is not following protocols , should an hourly employee get fired or layoff for not following protocols?
