At first I thought that this company only lost direction for a while, but now I see that this is almost a lost cause. I understand that running a company is not as simple as it seems from a worker’s perspective, but some business moves shock me quite a bit. I’ve become totally demotivated to work here and it seems to me that every one of our competitors is better.
Are we totally lost or is there still hope that this company will get back on the right path?

As long is Schlifske is there its a lost cause. He drank all the cool aid.
There hasn't been hope for NM in many years. Take off the blinders and get out of there!
