Is it me or is "Solutions in Store" a joke. Why is it that a previous HR MANAGER that worked for the company is working for S.I.S. ??? I was under tbe impression that it was a 3rd party??? So ridiculous. 🙄

Yeahhh no. I know of cases where the person reviewing the case was in the same market. It was like this person never left. Just foul and revolting!!!

It isn't a 3rd party, your impression is wrong. The individuals that review the cases are not from your market.
