I dont feel that Pat Gelsinger has any hope of saving Intel, they are just f—ed along with the workforce

The best decision our board has made. Bravo chairman Omar!
The glory days are gone and probably never coming back no matter who the CEO is, but c’mon this move has to be seen as a net positive. Certainly compared to the alternatives of retaining Beancounter Bob or promoting from the internal clique of managerial talent.
