This company will not survive

If you are still a Bose employee you should be looking for something new. Layoffs won’t be stopping anytime soon. If you are looking for a sign HERE IT IS. This company will not survive. 2021, new year, new you. Time to get uncomfortable before Bose forces you out the door.

Couldn't agree more. Everybody and their mother should know by now that there is no future at Bose. It's no longer a matter of "if" any of us will be laid off but "when" we'll be laid off. If you're smart, you're already looking for a way out.

Also who launched products in January! What the hell!
Also what happened to the hearing aids, I thought they were supposed to launch already. And eco2 good luck adding new services and features, nothing like falling flat on your face, and then be like oh just Bluetooth!

Haha people like this who are still at the company k–l me. Come on. The company has been trending downwards for a decade and that’s not going to change. Smaller margins, more competition and waaaay too slow getting new products at the door. The only thing keeping Bose afloat is the brand image to customers.

That's a little too pessimistic.
Even though I agree the future is not bright for Bose, it is not likely to disappear so soon.
The company cannot die of heart attack or coronavirus, as it happens to people.
Bose has accomplished its mission for the past 50+ years.
People still buy the products. If the market share shrinks, the company simply lay off some people to survive. There are some good people, but there are also some bad ones who have been with the company for too long and refuse to change.
