I'm sick and tired of the stress and worry that are now part of every single workday at Juniper. Hell, even weekends are not free of it because I can't relax properly. That is not healthy and I want to leave but with the economy the way it is right now, I'm stuck. If the things continue like this, I might just walk away without a replacement lined up.

There are loads of jobs, get out now. Cyber Security is recruiting fast, so try that
I got laid off in Jan '19 and I'm sad it didn't happen earlier. I was there for 15 years. I was offered a position from another group after my layoff notice, but decided to get the hell out of dodge. GREAT MOVE. Juniper lacks vision and execution and it just felt like my work didn't matter. There's way too many places in the Silicon Valley hiring to rot at Juniper. RSU's? HAHAHAHAHAHA
I’ve been on the same boat. Couldn’t de-stress, ruined my passion for anything, Covid doesn’t help, and I come off as “not as” enthusiastic. Started to take 5-HTP supplements, it’s a natural mood balancer and induces seratonin production - I dig it and I still take it. I do have a couple interviews coming down the line and I do feel better, mentally, to go on a 4-5hr interview gauntlet.
Stay strong, you’re not the only one feeling that way. Just can’t make a bad move right now
What about pay rise and bonuses this year? How are RSU numbers.
