So your job requires you to have accurate layoff information and you think the best source of that is this website? Have you been reading what gets posted on this website? If you worked for me I'd fire you tomorrow for gross incompetence. What were you thinking?

Never had a problem with HR having bad data.
My experience has been different.
They have data but it’s inaccurate. It’s amazing how incompetent HR personnel can be when it comes to simple math and data compilation.
This site should be great for getting that data.
If you need it for your job HR should have the numbers for you. They can pull who left and when they left
You should not be using external sites for company business
You should not be using this site for your job.
Oxy company business should not have to be done on this board.
It is necessary for my job. And layoff.com is the best resource since Vicki and HR don’t have the data.
