I am so demotivated that I stopped paying attention to customers. I used to really enjoy being in contact with them, but I just don’t have the energy anymore. I can’t smile and be kind and accommodating. I try to force it, but it just doesn’t work. Some of them seem to understand the reasons behind it. Pretty depressing. You should get out of here as soon as possible.

I think you're just beating yourself down but using the company for justification. You won't get empathy from customers because they care little about you as an individual. Not unexpected. And you certainly won't get any from coworkers. Do YOURSELF a favor and perk up. Nothing to be gained from the dark side. Enjoy everything you can.
I get it. But I was told that you make yourself feel a certain way. If your not feeling it, than do something about it. I'm not asking for you to quit, just change your mindset and decide on what and how your gonna feel. I don't know you, but I want to send you some posetive vibes. And wish you better days ahead!!!
