maybe that wouldn’t be bad either. The pressure created by competition from online rivals is too great. Someone has already suggested in one of the posts that we should just go just online and I absolutely agree, I think that would be a good move. I don’t know why we're running away from it. I wonder what you think?

So sad Neiman Marcus has no customer service department, doesn’t make any sense, why should we shop in their store? Hopefully they’ll close all their stores
They arent running from it..However they started as a specialty store..In each city there are those that shop locally .. The 7 full line closures were the start of whittling the base.. Wherever they can save money they will..Why suggest throwing more out of their jobs?
Interesting idea as we have the foundation. We were focused on digital well before GVR arrived. Even before the great Koryl arrival our percentage of online sales was impressive. And Koryl and now Covid only accelerated all of this. The question: are our stores helping or hurting? Right now it feels like we want to be world class online but morphing into a Macys/Dillard’s in the stores. Is that a winning combination?
