If the restructuring at KC is over, then why are people asking about layoffs? Aren't we done with that at least for a while? The whole point of restructuring was to cut whomever they wanted to cut in the process. What would be the point of leaving more layoffs for immediately afterwards?

The problem is, kc have not confirmed the restructuring is over. A lot of people are coming up to retirement and Don't want to hand their notice in and miss out out on a redundancy payment. This problem would easily be solved if the company was honest with its workforce and confirmed its intentions
