Yes–GE sent all the Steam Power FE's from FC back to GE ,as well as Managers. They said they could not move the FE's back to GE from FieldCore( original major mistake) as a huge Cum Catch loss. Then they did very quietly– Steam Power will be sold shortly–need "all the eggs in one basket" for a sale of steam buisnees and boiler(Alstom)

I don't think the purchase of Aviation would be possible since it is export controlled. It would need an approval from the Department of State. But anything is possible in these strange times.
