Jerks you around after you apply to any job openings with them. Total waste of time.

This company is completely unethical. They share subcontractor data with competitors.
I agree with this statement. I wasted my time applying to a job at Sierra Nevada this past week.
The next day I got a form letter type email from a Sierra Nevada HR person telling me I am not being considered for the position I applied for. How can these HR id--ts review a candidate in less then 8 hours and then send an email saying they are reject you? I have prior experience that makes me a very suited candidate for the position I applied to. So sc--w Sierra Nevada and their HR bozos.
