Worst “executive” at the company?

Person, product company, role, or function. Dealers choice

Your there because you want to be. Not meaning to be insulting, but plan your exit if you’re not content.

You’re not going to change the way things are there. But you can take control of what you can do next. Hang in there

Really deppressing in Chemicals. Everyone is using this time to find their own way up without really doing any work. And the leaders are allowing this. They are actually championing it. Up to when can this company survive? If I have the chance to get out of this company, I would. They let you lose respect of yourself.

Unfair to refer to Mafia. Mafia relates to organised crime. If you believe there is anything organised about senior management at chemicals, like for example they understand or comprehend the upstream and downstream chemical business then you need your head examined. It’s not like other businesses divisions at the company. Novice management, married with a weak leadership team, who cannot defend their own DR’s is going to need addressing in the next 12 months. Time for a change, for the country and the company!

Nepotism in chemicals? Nonsense!

Technically it’s “clientism” when you install loyal cronies, but they’re not relatives.

Nepotism is the game in Chemicals! You got yours by nepotism, you promote others by nepotism!

Were the comments below coming from a person in the Supply Chain organization attempting to divert attention away from all of their internal F-UPs ?

I say all of the “executives” that don’t actually bring in revenue. Let’s start with the horrible support functions. HR, legal, HSE, IT! Purge them so the rest of us can make the money.

The business is trimming behind the ears, but you're correct.
There are a lot of improvement opportunities.

More or less anyone is getting moved from the office to the shop floors and warehouses.
There's no where else to go but down. The stock has no where else to go but up.
