The good news, with the major mid and late-year reductions, a few new products finally out, and apparently better holiday results, reductions have not been preannounced in Dec or Jan as in years past
The other news, unlikely the same rationalizations as the last 5+ years will not be used to reduce further, compounded by ongoing covid impacts well into the year
As someone mentioned in another thread, the reduction process appears to have honed by systemic and dispassionate lean and six-sigma processes over the years, wouldn't be surprise if some earned their 6S blackbelt doing related projects
Head and ear on a swivel, always have your go-bag ready, no excuses
Please be patient. Company is still doing the math, get the numbers, the revenue, plan new budget.
Maybe February or March, we will know. In the meanwhile, get your resume ready
