Land leadership is so bad I can easily understand their frustrations. I get so creeped out when I’m in meetings with the land leadership. The only qualifications you need to be a land leader is to be a creeper.
Land is hogging it? Does the land director ride a Harley?
What floor are these people on? I would love to see what everyone is talking about on here.
Don’t forget the pleated khakis.
Especially the Oklahoma guys. My god those beards are something that only go well with affliction t-shirts and coors light.
The beards are to blame. Those guys spend more time grooming themselves then they do working.
Very few leaders in that group.
Typically when you have this much chatter about a leader and managers, there is an under laying leadership problem with them.
Let’s not.
What other department here is run by someone with different training or background? Could you imagine a geophysicist running the law department? Or an HR rep leading our treasury department? No wonder they are so unhappy. The lands men I know are both actively trying to get out of marathon. They say the moral is lowest it’s ever been. It’s sad because some of them a good people.
