It is my view that ADP seems to be lacking executives with any true leadership skills. I know there have been a massive amount of layoffs that have happened at ADP in the past few years and more are planned. That surely is not leadership but an attempt to try and make a much more sinister problem that exists appear under control, at least in the short term. Cracks form and things fall apart however. It surely feels like things are cracking and starting to fall apart.

Lol these posts
Acting like layoffs are a secret only known to ADP and those who are later off. It’s known by the market and the market doesn’t care and no one else does either
Invest in yourself do well while you can and take a severance and find something else
Simple
"What level of management are folks referring to?"
I believe they are grade school. Seems to me they are all pretty immature and inexperienced at actually really doing anything well.
Great Year now classified as not laid off yet!
Great year end so far!
What level of management are folks referring to?
I certainly get the point about Ex. Comm & Sr Directors, but are folks referring to lesser levels as well?
Thanks.
Leadership is not a word I would use in the same sentence as ADP Manager.
Yes, I agree. And why should ADP managers have any skills? The company is atrociously led and any manager worth anything would not want to be associated with such an incompetent organization. Absolutely awful leadership team there, absolutely awful!
