Lets be clear- this stock still isnt worth the paper its printed on so dont get too excited. Volatile is the correct term for this behavior and this is somewhat expected, still complete trash.
It's volatile because it trades on the pink sheets.
The announcement that they have to invest in last mile fiber to
their CA customers shows promise for the future. Bad news is the capitol cost
to build out the outside plant is extensive.
Fiber is a long term investment and I don't know how much Elliot wants to bear the burden of that.
