I've never worked in a place where everyone gives so many excuses for why things are okay to be chaotic and disorganized.
From safety to behavior there is a very apathetic sense to everything. Usually associates are more professional than management but usually everyone just goes with whichever way the wind blows
Maybe just where I work but it seems all the store we work with lose employees like crazy in a weird political game of gaslighting and sabotage very weird.
