I'd like to know as well... Also, how do you use STD so you receive some pay while away from the dumpster fire?

My daughter had to take FMLA this year due to major stress from work, the change to working from home, The isolation caused by the pandemic. These are all valid reasons and as long as your physicians states valid reasons, no company can give you a hard time. One down side is less weekly pay but the upside is when she went back she at that time felt much better. You need to take care of you before the company. Good luck

Depression s–c-dal may get you some flat time. Depending on your immediate leadership you may not last long when you get back.

use what ever family act/etc...to take your leave. it 's one of the very few "rights" us employees have in this corporation- ("country").

Use the family leave act in your state if it has one. You could telehealth a doctor and say you are emotionally drained and he will prescribe rest and they cannot touch you.

As long as a you meet the qualifications for a personal leave, there is nothing your manager can do.
