Does anyone know if Nordstrom has either hired a outside secret shopping service or using existing Nordstrom card holders incentives/gift cards to shop and report their findings? For the last couple of months I have had some interesting customers that seem to know more than the “average joe” about Nordstrom process/standards and ask many lead questions. Any higher-ups know anything?

No this is a secret program. There is no electronic signature or digital footprint of this program. Some shoppers were selected using a power ball shuffle machine followed by handwritten post cards containing ancient Egyptian glyphs. Several clandestine organizations have shown interest in rolling this tech out.
