He earned every penny so get over it already! I herd an ops leader in 273 get fired up in 2018 that the CEO is a great guy and does a great job and deserves the big bonuses. 6 months later he was laid off. I guess more layoffs are on the way after LC got his portion of his contracted bonus. He must get the stocks up to get the full amount of bonus. Well that means a lot more layoffs in power and aviation are coming. To many people in 273 think the layoffs won’t happen again but I say the end of 1Q to really get the stock to jump will be roughly end of March. That would be funny if it happened on March 1st (3/01). That would be a kick in the great onion sack.

Hey we knew that GE would never go after two jet because to many others were involved and got rewarded. Power and money corrupts. Are current leaders probably will get to that point if things turn sour. Do you think BoD would have lowered LC's bonus target if they were not his cronies. I am disappointed about this and but hope LC can save the company and jobs. But please stop with the humility, culture and transparency BS from our leaders. Stop all the speeches and meetings and get on with what you plan to do in 2021. Also if GE did away with Yammer it would improve moral by not having to hear all those s—up posts and stupid you tube videos.
Great outcome, I fully support it. Now the BofD can focus it's efforts on right-sizing (cide word for lay-offs) where needed.
