It seems to me that those who are supposed to be leading this company in the right direction and making it better are instead investing more efforts than ever in creating havoc among its employees. I hope that's just me, but I’m afraid DQ has never had a more toxic atmosphere and more divided workers.

Seems to be getting worse than ever.
I was one of the 115 last year.
Thought it might have settled down a bit and less standing on toes but i get the feeling who's left are at a "save my skin at all cost"

Do these people not have families or friends to connect with or is this place your life?
Move on like normal people and don't think that Dril-Quip is the be all and end all.
