I work like 15 hours a week just for fun. I enjoy getting out of the house and going in to interact with people, put up freight and straighten things. This week I was told that i was on the zero list-club card. I had no less than three managers approach me in an hour and a half asking if i talked to this person or that person. I have vast product knowledge in the area of the store, i show up on time and do a good job. This is their focus and nothing else. I am giving it one more week.

I see things haven’t changed, hahaha.
I hate the look on my customers face when they just got the best customer service experience of their life ruined by a club pitch at the end.
I am sure it hurts my positive comment cards. I used to get a lot. :-(

The managers remind us every 15 minutes to get those club cards.......but yet they dont get cards themselves!
Well-that's it for me. Have fun with the spring fishing classic. I'm out. No more pimping club cards for me. This company is finished with this business model. :(
I hate that they're forcing us to sell credit cards every day. I've had many customers get mad with me because by the time they've gotten back to footwear they've already been asked 3 times for a card. I've quit asking them!
I sell a ton of boots and also add on socks and waterproofing but all I here is that I don't sign up anybody for the card. They don't value us that know the product. but if you act like a used car salesman and can get cards then the managers think your the best employee in the store.
