Everyone happy on receiving PSUs vesting at performance factor of 1? I bet if they had vested based on actual company performance, performance factos would have stayed the under 0.5
All of a sudden severance package is not that attractive as PSUs have already vested.

The PSU calculation is impossible to understand. I always figure it will be what it will be. Just take the money and walk away.
No matter how many you get remember the managers will make triple or more.
