Post here....my supervisor told me today as he already knows and he is out of town this week. I am IMPACTED, but he can't tell me how until next week.
So he can tell me that I am impacted, but I have to wait until next week to find out how? Is that just my department, or are your supervisors giving you more information this week about how you are impacted? Doesn't make sense.

Lots of mixed messaging in Unconventionals from what I hear. Did anyone hear anything concrete yet?
We don't find out till Wednesday IT Group.
I am shocked that nobody in Woodcreek IT is affected. Glad their jobs are safe...I was sure they were going to send some IT jobs to Bangalore.
I can say with certainty all unconventionals technical staff will have to reapply.
How do you know One Subsurface staff need to reapply?
By a miracle, my group is not impacted. IT based out of Houston woodcreek.

SUMMARY OF PROPOSED EMPLOYEE IMPACTS
We have identified the impact of Reshape on each employee. Each employee will be subject to one of eight possible scenarios. Appendix 3 (the “scripts”) guides you what to say in each scenario. In summary, the scenarios are:

He told me I would receive an e-mail on January 11th and org charts released soon after that. Based on the responses, looks like it is different for everybody. Some will know their fate tomorrow it seems.
He should be impacted for being such a bad manager. If you can’t say anything just say I haven’t heard, org charts come out Monday ... and schedule something for when he is back. No wonder Shell is up a creek.
How typical of management. Drop a grenade, tell you I’ll see you in a week/have a good weekend, and then run away
What area of the business are you from? I think the email and the new org chart comes out Jan 4(Amsterdam time).
“Impacted “ usually means they are going to let you go while your supervisor is out of the office.
I figure 90% of shell staff will be impacted in some way or form
